No refunds. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit is good for one year. We will not accept items that have been worn, used, or do not have original hang tags.
To complete a return we require a receipt and a return authorization number (RA). Requests for a RA should be made through email@example.com
Returns must be made to the address provided on our website. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend shipping with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost return shipments. Returns may also be processed in person at our Bayview Village location.
