Returns

Janan Boutique will accept returns for a refund up to 10 days from the date of receiving your purchase. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued after this return window. Items being returned must be in original condition: unused, unworn, without damages, and have their original hang tags attached. Janan Boutique reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet policy requirements. International orders do not qualify for return or refund.

Upon requesting a return authorization via email to cuneyt@jananboutique.com
you will be sent a shipping label to attach to the parcel. Once your return shipment has been accepted and processed please allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Note credit card transaction fee's are not returned to you when a order is returned or cancelled.
