Please allow up to one business day for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. We will contact you by email if there are any issues.

We will ship your order with either UPS, Fedex, or Canada Post.

We provide free ground shipping within Canada.Expected delivery times 3-6 business days. For rush or express shipping additional charges will be applied. Shipping outside of Canada will be determined at checkout. Janan Boutique is not responsible for any customs, duty or entry fees.

Please be advised that Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not leave them at the door.) We will not ship to a PO box.
